Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Butterfly and pound chicken breasts to an even thickness (about ½ inch).

- Sprinkle with chopped spinach, then season with salt and pepper.
- Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks.

- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
