Description

A creamy, autumn-inspired dip that blends whipped feta, pumpkin puree, and honey for a smooth, savory-sweet appetizer perfect for entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz block of feta cheese, drained
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat)
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey, plus extra for serving
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Toppings: Fresh thyme, chopped walnuts (optional), extra honey drizzle
  • Serve with: Crusty toasted bread or crackers

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the feta and Greek yogurt until very smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree, 1–2 Tbsp honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend again until fully combined.
  3. Transfer to a covered container and chill for 30–60 minutes.
  4. When ready to serve, transfer to a bowl and top with thyme, walnuts (if using), and a drizzle of honey.
  5. Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
