These margarita balls are a zesty, no-bake dessert bursting with lime, a hint of tequila, and a sweet-salty finish like a margarita in bite-sized form.

- 30 cream-filled vanilla sandwich cookies (like Golden Oreos)
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup blanco tequila
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tsp lime zest
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp + 1 1/2 tsp lime-flavored gelatin (divided)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Crush the cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor
- Transfer crumbs to a bowl and mix with almond flour and melted white chocolate
- Stir in tequila, orange marmalade, lime zest, lime juice, and 2 tablespoons gelatin
- Mix until a soft dough forms
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into balls
- Place balls on a parchment-lined tray
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up
- Mix sugar, salt, and remaining gelatin in a small bowl
- Roll each ball in the coating mixture
- Serve immediately or chill until ready
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months. For a non-alcoholic version, replace tequila with citrus juice.
