Description

These Greek Yogurt Bagels are chewy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with protein. Made with simple pantry staples and no yeast, they come together quickly and can be customized with sweet or savory toppings.


Ingredients

  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional toppings: everything bagel seasoning, cinnamon sugar, shredded cheese, garlic & herbs, chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Stir in Greek yogurt until dough forms.
  4. Knead gently until smooth and cohesive.
  5. Divide dough into 4 portions and shape into bagels.
  6. Brush with egg wash and add toppings.
  7. Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
