Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into evenly sized bite-sized pieces
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Add chicken and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly golden
- Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper and stir to coat
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant
- Add broccoli and cherry tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp
- Add spinach, mozzarella, and cream cheese
- Stir gently until cheese melts into a creamy sauce
