Description
There’s a quiet kind of magic that happens when honey meets garlic in a hot skillet the sweetness melts into the savory, the sauce thickens into a glossy glaze, and suddenly something simple becomes unforgettable. This honey garlic chicken is one of those recipes I lean on when time is short but I still want something deeply satisfying.

Notes
Fresh garlic and ginger bring a vibrant, aromatic depth that really defines this dish. Use high-quality honey for the best glaze. Swap soy sauce for tamari for a gluten-free option, use chicken thighs for a juicier variation, and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
