Description

Delicious Keto Crunchwraps are a crispy, cheesy, and satisfying low-carb dinner made with seasoned beef, creamy cheese sauce, and fresh toppings folded inside golden toasted tortillas.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 cup extra cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup jalapeño slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add cream cheese and heavy whipping cream and whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and keep warm.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef, breaking it apart.
  5. Cook for 5–7 minutes until browned and drain excess fat.
  6. Stir in taco seasoning and mix well.
  7. Heat olive oil in another skillet and toast each low-carb tortilla for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.
  8. Lay one tortilla flat and add seasoned beef in the center.
  9. Pour warm cheese sauce over the beef.
  10. Add sour cream, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar.
  11. Fold tortilla edges inward over the filling.
  12. Place seam-side down in a hot skillet and cook 3–4 minutes per side until crispy.
  13. Remove from skillet, rest for 1 minute, slice in half, and serve warm with cilantro and jalapeños.

Notes

Keep the cheese sauce warm while assembling for the best texture. Avoid overfilling the wrap so it folds easily. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze individually for up to 1 month. Reheat in a skillet or oven for best crispiness.
