- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 20 pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, eggs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
- Mix until fully incorporated
- Transfer mixture onto baking sheet and press into a thin, even shape
