Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice zucchini into ¼-inch thick rounds
  2. Transfer zucchini rounds to a large bowl
  3. Drizzle with olive oil
  4. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  5. Toss until evenly coated
  6. Arrange zucchini rounds in a single layer in the air fryer basket
  7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top
  8. Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes
  9. Flip zucchini rounds carefully
  10. Sprinkle parmesan on the other side
  11. Cook another 4–5 minutes until golden brown and crispy
