- Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Slice zucchini into ¼-inch thick rounds
- Transfer zucchini rounds to a large bowl
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Toss until evenly coated
- Arrange zucchini rounds in a single layer in the air fryer basket
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top
- Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes
- Flip zucchini rounds carefully
- Sprinkle parmesan on the other side
- Cook another 4–5 minutes until golden brown and crispy
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce
