Description

These 10 Minute Tiramisu Balls deliver everything I love about dessert but in miniature, bite-sized form. With just a handful of ingredients and a whisper of effort, you get all the magic of classic tiramisu: luscious mascarpone, espresso, and cocoa.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 200 g ladyfingers (savoiardi)
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (plus extra for dusting)
  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Crush the ladyfingers into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add espresso and coffee liqueur if using.
  4. Fold in the ladyfinger crumbs.
  5. Roll into small balls.
  6. Dust with cocoa powder.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
